Close to Ste. Catherine Street.
Room was very small/hardly enough room to walk around the beds. No ice machine. No vending machines. Breakfast consisted of some bread to toast (toaster actually burned my toast on one side), a few croissants & donuts. Fruit/yogourt would have nice. There was a grocery store right across the street with very reasonable prices on fruit. No tub in our room-just a very small stand-up shower.

The location.
Services were wanting: no ice, please wait 30 minutes; limited breakfast options, please wait for the coffee; tv not connected and then when I connected it the connection was tenuous.

The staff was helpful.
The room smelled like rotten eggs, so we kept the windows open all night. The carpet looked dirty (to the point that I had to keep slippers on at all times) and so did the walls and the bed frame. Small and not comfortable at all.

They allowed us to leave our luggage for a while in the morning until we were due to leave.
We got the basement room which should have remained just that, a basement. No window except a small bathroom window which was near ground level and faced a dump of a parking lot so unsafe to leave open. Had to leave air con on all night but still smelled musty. Asked for another room but were told they were booked out. Very small room. Should be classified as hostel not hotel. Rooms upstairs "looked" better than ours. Think was clean enough but the look and smell of it made us use our hostel sleeping sheets in case of bed bugs, but I don't think there were any.

The best part of our hotel stay was the convenient location to the downtown area, the price was agreeable and that our room came with parking.
The only thing that was somewhat surprising was that our room was small and located just beside the lobby desk. The room could have used minor updates such as newer bedding and television set.

Pretty much everything is good about this hotel.. Just lack of few things..
They did not clean the coffee maker.. I had to wash it like forever.. The breakfast meal is not even decent..

Breakfast was good, comfortable hotel.
No lift, tight stairs. Would get a bit dreary if staying for more than a couple of nights.

The staff was friendly.
At $80 per night, it seemed a bit pricey.

Cheap price for nye ( 100$ ) and it was close to the club I chose. Secure with buzz in after 11. Pretty clean.
My room was on the main level beside front desk which was awkward .. There was only half a roll of tp. The tv stopped working. It wasn't very bright. They told me at check in there would be breakfast, but there wasn'T. I know it's standard that check out is at 11 am but I always hate that it's so early . Especially after New Year's Eve .

-Friendly staff -Great location, near restaurants and shopping -Low price
-Dusty and stained carpets -Very cheap breakfast (you can drink your coffee there but you should go have breakfast elsewhere) -Bed sheets are old and thinner than a sheet of toilet paper
